These are BYOBaT (bring your own bike and trainer) workouts that will allow you to practice your own bike position for maximum results. Please contact Tri Faster if you would like to reserve a trainer (first come, first served).
If you are not up for the Challenge, you may register for the Cycling (7:00AM to 8:20AM) or Boot Camp (8:30AM to 9:30AM) portions individually.
