The Challenge is ideal for athletes looking for an edge. These start with a motivating and challenging 80-minute cycling workout that blends all the elements you need to improve your leg speed, cycling strength, and aerobic capacity. Then in the 60-minute Boot Camp portion develop your cardiovascular and muscular endurance, improve your strength to weight ratio, and get a killer workout before most of your competitors roll out of bed.

NOTE: This session of classes meets on the following Sundays:
FEB 5
FEB 12
FEB 19

These are led by physical therapist and professional triathlete, Lauren Jensen.

These are BYOBaT (bring your own bike and trainer) workouts that will allow you to practice your own bike position for maximum results. Please contact Tri Faster if you would like to reserve a trainer (first come, first served).

If you are not up for the Challenge, you may register for the Cycling (7:00AM to 8:20AM) or Boot Camp (8:30AM to 9:30AM) portions individually.
